FLOW MOTION with Cathryn (YoCo)
Start your week off with an energetic class to challenge and balance your body and mind.
The aim of the class is to build heat in the body through creative movement, how hot you get is up to you as modifications will be available, allowing you to explore your own practice.
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of practicing asana (postures) linking breath to movement in a meditative flow to build endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration whilst bringing about a sense of calm and mental quiet.Day:

ENERGISING YOGA FLOW & MEDITATION with Bethan (Roots Of Tolos)
Start your morning with intention ~ a beautiful mindful vinyasa flow that will energise, calm and focus your body mind and soul in equal measure.
Classes always start with a meditation and end with a long savasana to integrate the movement.
*This class is mainly suitable for those who’ve practiced some yoga asana before, although please don’t be out off if you’re a beginner and would like to give it a try - just let me know beforehand :-)

MANDALA VINYASA YOGA & MEDITATION with Bethan (Roots Of Tolos)
Mandala means ‘circle’ or ‘essence’, Vinyasa means ‘a method of yoga in which vinyasa movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath’.
Some movement is softer and slower, and some is a little more dynamic and stronger. The movement is directed intuitively based on the needs of the class that day.
In this class Bethan will guide you through a soulful practice, deeply incorporating the breath into our movement sequences to find a steady flow.
The movement uses a mixture of both traditional yoga asana and more somatic-style embodied movement, encouraging you to really begin to tune into the language of your body in the moment, to hear how it needs to move.This class is suitable for those wanting to delve a little deeper into the language of body, mind and soul, and includes meditation - sometimes with some mantra chanting.
The background of this class is beautiful soothing music to help you to focus your mind and tune into the breath.
There will be time for some guided journaling at the end, too, if you so wish.

Join Bethan in a beautiful, mind-body-soul nourishing 'Relax & Unwind' Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class - mindful movement using the breath as an anchor, all to a beautiful calming soulful soundtrack!
Classes will be bookended with deep meditation and will offer time for some guided journaling at the end, too, if you so wish.
These classes are for all abilities and will offer you the opportunity to explore your own connection to 'self' through your own inner and outer enquiry - no shoulds, no judgement, no comparison! Just you and your body!

If you struggle with symptoms of worry, anxiety, feeling unsafe, health anxiety… or if you just simply think your nervous system could do with a bit of TLC in a safe, supportive environment with people who ‘get it’, this one’s for you.
As somebody who struggled with symptoms of severe anxiety and depression for most of my adult life, learning the way - both the practice and the lifestyle - of yoga was one of the only things that helped me to overcome my own mind created suffering.
I can help you to begin to find the same inner peace, so that together we can work to re-build your trust in your inner and outer world, and to begin to move away from the stories and the narratives we tell ourselves, and into a feeling of deeper contentment, safety and acceptance.
This class is a beautiful mindful slow vinyasa flow that will calm, energise and focus your body, mind and soul in equal measure. The movement is gently empowering and truly nothing to worry about - you’re safe to explore here, I promise!

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

CALMING CHAIR YOGA with Bethan (Roots Of Tolos): *postponed
A mindful, calming but empowering yoga practice suitable for all abilities, including those with limited movement or mobility.
This is a slow flow vinyasa using chairs as a prop for support, and to help you to get deeper into postures and balance.
Each class begins with meditation and ends with a calming relaxation/savasana.

RESTORATIVE YOGA with Caz (Phat Cat Yoga)
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Using props like bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow the body to be held in comfortable supported positions.
We will travel though 4-6 postures, holding them for 10-15 mins sometimes longer to allow your body and mind to relax. We will also work with our breathe and there may be some guided mediation. Gentle music may be played.
