How does Holistic House Skipton run?
It’s important that you realise that Holistic House Skipton is not, in and of itself, a business. It is a hub of healing hired out and used as a melting-pot for many different businesses. Our vision is one of autonomy of ‘self’ - offering clients a well-rounded optional approach to their health & wellbeing journey, while also offering individual practitioners and businesses a space to work from in their own way, building their own client-base but with extra support and visibility available, too, should you wish.

Which spaces are available to hire?
We have 4 different rooms for you to hire: our ground floor new yoga & meditation studio, a Pilates studio on the middle floor (both studios are multi-functional hire spaces), and two treatment rooms on the third floor.

What’s is the hire price?
Please email holistichouseskipton@gmail.com for room hire prices. Our rooms are charged on a per-hour flexi-hire basis.

What is included in hire price?

Included:
- Fully equipped hireable spaces (please check your requirements with us prior to booking)
- Some combined Holistic House Skipton marketing - when possible via social media, monthly newsletter
- Space for flyers and business cards in our entryway
- Access to other businesses and support via our practitioner Watsapp group
- Opportunity to write blogs for our collaborative website
- Opportunity to collaborate on social media posts for extra visibility
- Holistic House collaborative flyers (general - no names)
- Access to Holistic House - What’s On? Facebook group to post classes, events & treatments
- Setup & clean-down time

Not Included:
- Additional marketing (this can be purchased separately with prior agreement if required)
- ‘Treatment-specific’ blankets, pillows or otherwise necessary items (we supply general blankets and some cushions)
- Your business insurance (you will need Public Liability Insurance for hiring spaces)
- A client-base (it is up to our HH clients who they choose to reach out to)

Who is this suitable for?
Business owners who already have or are willing to individually build a client base, who are looking for a down-to-earth, fun and welcoming space to work from with extra visibility and support options in the heart of Skipton :-)

Will my services have exclusivity?
We are unable to offer exclusivity to particular businesses or therapists, meaning that in some instances there may be a a few different practitioners offering similar services. We try to keep this to a minimum, to offer both choice to clients but also availability for practitioners.

Can I hire the whole building?
Absolutely! Our building is perfect for private day retreats or holistic celebrations, so whether you’re planning a retreat day for friends, a hen-party with yoga and massage, or a business bonding day, get in touch!
