Holistic therapies and healing:

Hi I'm Caroline, I am a yoga teacher, student yoga therapist, holistic therapist and Magdalene Rose priestess. My intention in delivering any of the treatments below is to support you on your journey of healing, and helping you to live a healthy and vibrant life where you can feel happy and at home in your body.

Tera Mai Seichem Reiki (1 hour)
This is an energy healing treatment which adds to the traditional earth element of Reiki which originated in Japan, with Seichem originating from egypt. The healing energy incorporates the elemental healing rays of Reiki (earth), Sakara (fire), Sophie-El (water) and Angelic Light (air). The treatment involves the practitioner holding their hands above or lightly placed upon the body to act as a channel for the healing energy.

Rose Healing and Blessing (white, pink and red rose)
These healings are given as three separate healings beginning with the white rose. The session begins with a 5 card rose oracle reading for guidance, followed by a guided deep body relaxation accompanied by energy healing to prepare the body and mind. Then you are given rose blessing ritual and guided upon a mediation journey which is different for each rose, these healings are supported by the energy of different ascended masters in spirit. The energy of the white rose supports you to connect to your higher self, bringing healing to the chakras and takes you upon a journey to meet your inner child. The energy of the pink rose supports you to awaken more to your feminine essence, opening your heart and aligning more with your divine purpose. You may choose to only have the white rose blessing and healing or to progress onto the pink and the red, it is recommended that an integration period of a minimum of 2 weeks is given between sessions. To embark on The Path of the Rose is a journey into self-love far beyond bubble baths and face masks, although these can of course feel fabulous. The journey of the rose is an initiation into the divine feminine mysteries, learning to love yourself deeply, and to recognise all parts of yourself. This is an ever-unfolding spiralling journey where you heal at deeper and deeper levels over time, becoming more authentically you.

Indian head massage £45. (40mins)
A deeply relaxing massage which originated in India which targets the upper back, shoulders, neck scalp and face, incorporating specific acupressure/marma points. This can be performed with or without oil according to personal preference.

Ayurvedic Marma point foot massage £45 (40 mins includes consultation).
Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India and is closely aligned with the system of Yoga. Marma points are specific points on the body, alike to acupressure points in Chinese medicine, that when stimulated can support healing and promote vitality. In this foot treatment the marma points are stimulated as part of a foot massage with oil chosen to your specific dosha type which will be determined at the start of or prior to the treatment.
